The article examines the problem of unconscious and hidden discrimination of job seekers by the employer during the hiring process. The advantages and disadvantages of such a method of overcoming unconscious and hidden discrimination in employment as an anonymous resume are analyzed. Examples of using anonymous resumes foreign countries are given: in France, in Sweden, in Australia. It is proposed to discuss in Russia, within the framework of social partnership relations, a legal experiment on the use of anonymous resumes by large employers: in particular, the exclusion of photographs, names, gender, and ethnicity of applicants from resumes for the duration of the experiment.
