In this article, the author comes to the conclusion that the main objective of "urban law" should be to comprehensively provide legal means for the creation and preservation of a comfortable, favorable living environment in the city for the population from the point of view of socio-economic, environmental, informational and urban planning aspects by organizing interaction between residents, investors, state bodies and local governments by ensuring the conclusion and execution of a set of contracts, participation in the development of strategic and spatial planning documents, compliance with regulations and requirements, rather than the fragmented use of individual legal instruments in response to the challenges of the city.
