The article is devoted to the current issues in the field of prevention of illegal and antisocial behavior among minors in the Russian Federation in the context of increasing social, informational, and criminogenic risks. Based on the generalization of prosecutorial practice, systemic shortcomings in the activities of educational organizations have been identified. Conclusions and proposals have been formulated to improve the legal and organizational mechanisms for preventing offenses and other negative phenomena among minors.
