The article examines theoretical and practical aspects of the full automation of the process of submitting documents to judicial authorities in the context of the digital transformation of justice. Based on the analysis of Russian and foreign experience in implementing electronic document submission systems (State Automated System (GAS) "Pravosudie", My Arbitr, and their foreign equivalents), the key advantages and risks of full automation of this stage of legal proceedings are identified. Special attention is paid to the problem of algorithmic bias, issues of access to justice for various social groups, as well as the prospects for integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the procedures for filing and initial processing of court documents. It is concluded that a differentiated approach to automation is necessary depending on the categories of cases, as well as the preservation of human control at critically important stages.
