A review of the academic literature and practical studies shows that the analysis of economic, financial, and legal sanctions from the perspective of the entities subjected to sanction pressure is presented in contemporary research in a relatively fragmented manner. Meanwhile, systematic direct and indirect sanctions affect not only national development but also the resilience of a number of economies as a whole.
The purpose of the study is to identify mechanisms that contribute to a peaceful and mutually beneficial consensus and to balanced sustainable development of Russia and its friendly countries. The object of the study is the high-tech sector of the Russian economy; the subject is the economic, financial, legal, and other sanctions measures imposed by unfriendly countries during the period from 2022 through 2025 inclusive.
