This article proposes a unique functional approach to analyzing the types of control in insolvency (bankruptcy) situations. The author views control in bankruptcy not as a general tool used differently by various parties involved in bankruptcy, whether internal or external, current or retrospective, but as a system of functions distributed among parties and stages of bankruptcy to achieve a common goal.
