The article substantiates that financial law enshrines material (financial) and organizational fundamentals (opportunities) for implementation of such state functions as control, social, and environmental ones. However, the main state function implemented with the involvement of financial law is, of course, the fiscal function. It facilitates solution of important social tasks and creates the necessary fundamentals for the assurance of human well-being.
