This article examines the legal regulation of state support for creative industries in the Russian Federation. It analyzes the legal provisions under which creative industries can qualify for financial, property, and other types of support stipulated by current Russian legislation. The article also examines the relationship between federal legislation and the regulations of constituent entities of the Russian Federation on state support for creative industries.
