В статье рассматриваются понятие и виды усиленной квалифицированной электронной подписи нотариуса и некоторые проблемные вопросы, возникающие при совершении электронной подписи, определяется ее роль в нотариальной деятельности.
The article examines the issues of using electronic signatures in real estate transactions. The problem of concluding a participation agreement in shared construction by foreign citizens using an electronic signature has been identified. The conclusion is made about the insufficient responsibility of certification centers in the unlawful issuance of electronic signatures. The necessity of improving the digital hygiene of citizens and developing state policy in the field of enhancing the digital culture of participants in civil legal relations is stated.
