Within the framework of this study, approaches to the legal regulation of artificial intelligence technology are considered. The relevance of the approach to regulating artificial intelligence technology as a source of increased danger is demonstrated, since this point of view corresponds to the current state of legislation, allows, without fundamental changes in the legal system, to introduce a new element of public life into the legal field.
