The scientific article analyzes the main threat-generating factors that cause irreparable harm to a minor's mental health when they use social networks, based on statistical data. It examines specific examples of criminal acts against the foundations of the constitutional order and the security of the state, as well as the transportation infrastructure, as a result of the recruitment of minors in social networks and instant messengers. The author proposes measures aimed at changing the current situation, both for parents and legal representatives, as well as for the teenagers themselves.
