The article examines the need to create specialized courts for labor disputes in Russia due to the shortcomings of the existing system for resolving labor disputes. The author analyzes international experience, statistics on labor disputes and the workload of courts of general jurisdiction, which reduce the quality and increase the time for considering cases. As a result, the author in this article proposes the creation of specialized courts to improve the efficiency and accessibility of justice in the field of labor law. Narrow specialization of judges will allow for faster and better consideration of cases, and will ensure uniform judicial practice.
