The author analyzes judicial and technical features and issues of the legislation on inheritance, as well as its non-hereditary surrogates, as the second part of the dualistic Law of succession in the countries of the Anglo-American world. The reasons for these features are revealed, examples are provided, and current trends in the development of legislation are shown.
