The article is devoted to the issue of the human being in the legal dimension. It analyzes various approaches to understanding the legal person in the context of the modern legal system. The article reveals the problems of legal anthropology from the perspective of the normative and discursive understanding of law. It also analyzes the ontological and deontological concepts of understanding the essence of legal anthropology. The article substantiates the author's approach to the human dimension of law in the system of legal regulation.
