The article presents options for improving simplified procedures for administrative proceedings, based on the court's study and assessment of the specifics of administrative disputes related to the classification of existing and emerging legal relations. At the same time, the parties and other persons involved in the case were warned at the stage of accepting the claim for court proceedings about the possibility of considering the administrative case in a simplified manner.
