Partner finance experiment is a new milestone in the development of financial regulations in Russia which is trying to create secular regulation based on the principles of Islamic financing. Partner finance experiment faces problems related to the balance between financial market regulation and experimental regulations, the chosen model of economic entities' participation in the experiment, the lack of regulation of the tax regime, and unresolved issues of standardization of partnership financial activities. This study analyzes existing problems and proposes ways to solve them based on foreign experience and similar structures existing in Russian financial market regulation
