The work is devoted to the consideration of cases by the USSR State Arbitration Court during the Great Patriotic War. The purpose of the work is to reveal the specifics of arbitration cases during the war years. The tasks include: to consider the application of arbitration rules for the consideration of cases during the war, to highlight the advantages and disadvantages in the work of the USSR State Arbitration Court. The methodological basis of the research is based on general scientific methods of cognition: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction and analogy. The results of the study come down to the fact that the USSR State Arbitration Court, despite the fact that it needed codification of procedural legislation in the pre-war period, showed restraint during the war period and survived an attempt to eliminate the entire system of arbitration bodies. Law enforcement in the USSR State Arbitration still had a number of shortcomings in the organizational and procedural parts, the advantage remained the rapid resolution of cases and the implementation of the work plan.
