The article analyzes the factors that determine the need to develop a new philosophical and legal concept of Russian constitutionalism. The author examines the systemic crisis of constitutional democracy, the impact of geopolitical changes on constitutional development, and the contradictions between borrowed Western models and the Russian tradition. The article substantiates the need to form a new constitutional doctrine that takes into account national specifics and is based on the traditional spiritual and moral values of Russian society.
