In the proposed scientific article, the authors had the opportunity to conduct a comprehensive study based on a scientific analysis of legal practice and empirical research of law students in the period from 2023 to 2025. to develop and propose an approximate algorithm for professional self-training of a notary in the field of recognition and the degree of influence on expression of will, decision-making - the result of the psychological impact of third parties on a citizen conducting a real estate transaction, which will not only structure, organize and carry out such training, but also significantly reduce the risk of professional errors.
