The article examines the problem of involvement of minors in criminal proceedings. The authors note the need to take into account their individual characteristics to minimize the burden. The suggested solution is to attract experts who have specific knowledge in various fields. The grounds and opportunities for such attraction are provided. Areas of further studies of the problem are suggested.
