The article discusses the issue of bringing an employee of the internal affairs bodies, the prosecutor's office, and other departments to full material or civil liability for losses incurred by the budget of the Russian Federation related to the performance of his official duties to initiate an administrative (criminal) case caused by the subsequent cancellation or termination of such a case in court.
