In the article An attempt is made to trace the development of labor legislation in accordance with the goals and objectives specified in Article 1 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. It is noted that, unlike previously adopted Russian Labor Codes, the current Labor Code of the Russian Federation has a separate first part, "General Provisions" and "Basic Principles of Labor Legislation."Parts one and two of the aforementioned article are analyzed, and for each goal and objective stated therein, the corresponding provisions of the Code are cited, demonstrated by the author to be consistent Article 1. Considerations are expressed in favor of preserving the employment relationship and further expanding the scope of labor legislation through differentiation.
