This study examines the development of labor law and mechanisms for resolving labor disputes in Russia. It analyzes the genesis of the legal framework, taking into account the historical context. It demonstrates that the development of labor disputes is driven not only by legal factors but also by social factors—the growth of industry and the transformation of the class structure of society.
