The article examines the problems of enforcement of judicial acts adopted in administrative proceedings on the basis of a ten-year experience of applying the Code of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation and related regulatory acts. It analyzes procedural guidelines developed in judicial practice and in the explanations of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, and also considers cases concerning compensation for violation of the right to enforcement of a judicial act within a reasonable time. Particular attention is paid to the problems of formal compliance with court decisions by public authorities, delays in enforcement, and the imperfection of coercive mechanisms.
