The article analyzes the transformation of the constitutional right to judicial protection in the context of digitalization of justice. Procedural barriers of the digital era — technical, organizational, cognitive and regulatory — are identified and systematized. The necessity of introducing digital measures of procedural protection is substantiated: automatic extension of deadlines in case of system failures, alternative access channels for digitally vulnerable groups, and unified interface standards ensuring real equality of participants in the process.
