In this article, the author analyzes the measures of prosecutorial response in the subjects of the Russian Federation, carried out by environmental prosecutor's offices. Within the framework of the conducted research, the focus is on the key tasks implemented by environmental prosecutor's offices, the author identified the fundamental problems, as a result of which constitutional environmental rights are ineffectively protected, and identified solutions for the effective protection of constitutional environmental rights.
