The article examines the transformation of constitutional law functions in the context of digitalization, analyzing the concept of constitutional law as a "legal matrix" of digital transformation. The constitutional amendments of 2020, the legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on the limits of artificial intelligence use, and the problems of personal data protection are considered. The author substantiates the need to develop a Concept of Constitutional and Legal Support for Digital Transformation and to amend the Federal Law "On Personal Data." Ways to improve the constitutional and legal regulation of digital relations are proposed.
