Personal data is integrated into the judicial documentation system. Its structure is formed as an element within the primary law enforcement documents – judicial decisions – and also within the content of protected documented information, primarily of an accounting and registration nature. The competence of justices of the peace, established in federal legislation, as well as procedural rules of jurisdiction, allow for the development of a system of documentary support for justice focused on the implementation of first-instance proceedings in certain categories of cases. The study identifies a trend toward increasing complexity of personal data content as digital transformation develops. Optimization resources in this regard largely consist of incorporating provisions of bylaws of the Government of the Russian Federation and Roskomnadzor regarding personal data protection into the organization of judicial activity.
