The article is devoted to the study of the legal regime for issuing logging tickets for the demolition of green spaces on privately owned land. Based on a comprehensive analysis of current legislation, municipal legal acts and judicial practice, the author defines the concept of a «logging ticket» in a narrow and broad sense, reveals the problem of uncertainty regarding the issue of obtaining a logging ticket for the demolition of green spaces on land owned by private individuals, and identifies models of legal regulation of the issuance of logging tickets at the municipal level. As a result of the research, the author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to improve legislation by establishing general rules for issuing logging tickets while maintaining the possibility of regional regulation.
