The author attempted to explain in the article the phenomenon of freedom and its connection with law, the significance of freedom in historical application, and in relation to civilizational identity. Just as the absence of air signals that there is nothing to breathe, so the absence of freedom signals that law has been withdrawn from circulation and that incompetent ruling elites employ speculative techniques for the realization of pseudo-freedom.
