In the context of digitalization of legal processes, special attention is paid to real estate transactions involving minors. This paper analyzes the legal aspects of such transactions in the digital environment, including legislative mechanisms for simplifying the procedures for obtaining permission from the guardianship authorities. The author proposes recommendations for improving the legal regulation in this area, including the legislative consolidation of the procedure for identifying minors in real estate transactions.
