The article examines problematic issues of social support for military personnel and their families, as well as the history of the development of laws relating to this subject. Attention is drawn to the interconnection between state policy, the country’s economic stability, and the diversity of support measures for this designated category of persons.
The transformation of social support measures for military personnel and their families in Russia, and the legal regulation of these mechanisms, are traced.
