The article presents some theoretical and practical aspects of the organization and conduct of search activities for criminal burial of corpses, including the use of high-tech technical and forensic tools in criminology. Practical recommendations are given on conducting search activities using search probes, as well as other technical and forensic means. The author's classification of the stages of prospecting is given. The author's suggestions and conclusions are of practical importance.
