The article analyzes the problems associated with the organization of work to support young professionals in the federal executive authorities of the Russian Federation. Special attention is paid to the theoretical understanding and practical application of support mechanisms for this category of employees, as well as their potential adaptation in the penal correction system. The relevance of the study is determined by the need for effective integration and consolidation of young personnel in the context of the transformation of the penitentiary system. The article provides an overview of the social guarantees provided to young professionals, as well as programs and activities implemented by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs. Based on the analysis, it is proposed to use the accumulated experience to reduce staff turnover, improve professionalism, and ensure the stability of the staff in the Russian penal system. This approach involves integrating selected elements of successful practices aimed at improving the quality of work and strengthening the human resources potential of the penitentiary system in the context of its reform.
