The article examines the personality of a special «revolutionary type» possessing a set of specific qualities, including revolutionary charisma and the ability to mobilize emotions, using examples from Russian and foreign history. The author concludes that such a person acts as a catalyst for revolutionary processes and activates social mechanisms that contribute to the further development of the revolution in the context of the formation of a transitional state and legal system. Thus, the role of the individual is inversely proportional to the stability and strength of society.
