The article is devoted to the study of the important contribution of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation to the problem of social security for children conceived using assisted reproductive technologies after the death of a parent. The article analyzes the Resolution of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation dated February 11, 2025, No. 6-P, which radically changed the direction of judicial practice and introduced necessary changes to the current legal regulation.
