In the context of economic relations development in the Russian Federation, modernization of guidelines that ensure training of specialists competitive in the labor market, possessing social and professional mobility, is of particular importance. Since higher education presupposes the formation of socially approved moral values in students, the teacher must be their bearer and exponent, have an active social position, and highlight the social significance of the subject being studied. Pedagogical communication, unlike other types (social, psychological, everyday, professional, etc.), necessarily involves solving pedagogical problems aimed at the development and education of students. The study of this problem, the search for ways to solve it will allow, in the author's opinion, to form a unified strategy for interaction, perception and understanding of people by each other, as a result of which new connections and relationships between the teacher and students will arise. The purpose of the research work is to analyze the styles and means of pedagogical communication in society, the nature and causes of conflict situations in order to develop acceptable methods for their resolution.
