This article examines issues related to the application of law in cases of administrative liability for parking a vehicle in a paid parking space without payment in the administrative centers of the constituent entities of the Volga Federal District. The purpose of the article is to analyze errors made by administrative commissions during the consideration of cases involving administrative offenses. The author raises questions regarding the effectiveness of administrative commissions and the balance of administrative law principles when applying a simplified procedure for reviewing the category of cases under analysis. The author proposes solutions to the identified problems.
