Recently, in the context of the discussion about the author of a work created not only in digital form, but also using neural network resources, attempts have been made to justify the possibility of an object of copyright that does not have an author in principle. After considering the positions of the supporters of this concept and the arguments they have presented, the author of this article comes to the conclusion that there is no justification for the possibility of a work that is not the result of the creativity of specific authors.
