The evolution of the cash structure of the budget system of the Russian Federation has led to the emergence of a complex multi-level system of treasury payments, which began to function fully in 2021, the monetary circulation within which is characterized by specific features manifested in its elements. The study of their content is aimed at improving the organization of monetary circulation in the treasury payment system, which is the basis for legal and methodological support for the mechanism of the treasury budget execution system, effective financial control and compliance with financial discipline.
