Currently, there is a growing trend toward expanding the application of the categories "multi-children family" and "members of a multi-children family" to relationships governed not only by social security law but also, in particular, to civil procedural relations in enforcement proceedings. This article analyzes the category of "multi-children family" from the perspective of federal and regional legislation in the context of draft Federal Law No. 1036793-8 "On Amendments to Article 446 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation," which provides immunity from foreclosure on land plots and vehicles owned by members of a multi-children family.
