The author examines law enforcement challenges regarding the new provisions, focusing on: Age of criminal responsibility; Criteria for insignificance of the act; Conditions for exemption from criminal liability. The study proposes amending the legislation to include compensation for damages as a requirement. Conclusions highlight the insufficient effectiveness of the amendments and the need for further refinement to protect vulnerable groups (minors) and combat the shadow market of electronic payment instruments.
