The model of legal regulation of hired labor was formed during the industrial stage of society's development. Using the accepted model of labor regulation becomes more difficult as modern post-industrial society moves away from the previous stage. The situation becomes even more critical as humanity approaches a new technologically integrated society. This society is characterized by the widespread adoption of artificial intelligence. All this requires the choice of a new model or a high-quality reassembly of the current one.
