This article is devoted to the development of a research methodology for studying the patterns of personal time organization that determine the professional burnout of employees of investigative units of internal affairs bodies. The article formulates the main goals and objectives, defines the object of research and the procedures used, as well as the methods of data recording and analysis. Based on a systematic analysis of domestic and foreign scientific literature, as well as refined understanding of the essence and content of personal time organization in the context of preventing professional burnout, the article develops a model of psychological correction aimed at reducing the signs of burnout through optimizing the personal time organization.
The experimental study, conducted in three stages on the basis of 12 territorial departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, involved more than 300 investigators and included a pilot, констатирующий, and formative experiment. The study used valid methodological tools to ensure a high level of objectivity and completeness in presenting the results. Correlation and regression analyses were conducted to identify relationships and determine the determinants of personal time management and professional burnout among employees.
The developed methodology allowed us to confirm the research hypothesis and show the significance of personal time organization as a factor influencing the components of professional burnout. As part of the formative experiment, a psychological prevention program based on a systematic impact on the time attitudes of employees was tested.
Based on the results obtained, it is possible to formulate practical recommendations for implementing methods of optimizing time organization in the system of psychological support for specialists in investigative units to prevent professional burnout.
