The article discusses non-tariff regulation measures as a legal tool for strengthening trade relations and cooperation within the BRICS. The creation of harmonized requirements for manufactured products will be a legal incentive for the development of joint industrial and investment projects, increase regional connectivity through clear procedures for checking the conformity of goods.
