The article is devoted to the study of the culture of intellectual property as a driver of innovative development in the Russian Federation. The concept of intellectual property culture and its role in Russia's innovative development are analyzed. The factors influencing the formation of intellectual property culture are identified, and the challenges and prospects of this process are outlined. The importance of improving legal literacy, expanding economic incentives, strengthening the educational component, and utilizing international experience for the effective development of intellectual property culture is emphasized. The article argues for a comprehensive approach to the development of intellectual property culture to ensure technological sovereignty and economic growth in the Russian Federation.
