The article examines the possibility of assessing the illegal turnover of electronic means of payment committed before July 5, 2025 according to the new version of Article 187 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Recommendations are formulated on the application of the provisions of Article 10 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to persons who have committed acts that are currently qualified under parts 3-6 of Article 187 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
