The work determines the place of regional development institutions in the implementation of the tasks of socio-economic growth and work with investors, gives a legal identification of methods and mechanisms for working with investors, analyzes the normatively established competencies and positive practices of joint activities of regional development corporations and investors, gives recommendations for increasing the level of interaction with investors, contributing to a synergistic effect in the economy of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation
