The article is devoted to the development of private international law of the People’s Republic of China in the context of the expansion of the country’s international economic relations. The article presents an analysis of trends in the development of Chinese legislation regulating cross-border private relations. It also shows innovations of the regulation of commercial relations with a foreign element on an international legal basis as partnerships expand, including within the framework of the One Belt — one Road initiative.
