The reason for writing this article was a discussion in the legal community about the existence of justice in criminal proceedings and its nature, both as a special phenomenon in courts judgements awarding in the exercise of criminal procedural judicial review at the pre-trial stage, and in awarding final courts judgements. In this regard, the question arose: does justice exist in criminal proceedings and how is it expressed?
